About This Blend
Safra (n): sugar cane harvest.
This infused sugar can be used any way you would normally use table sugar when you want to sweeten with a spicy, aromatic kick.
A spicy sweet addition to desserts, citrusy virgin & alcoholic cocktails, spritzers, & hot or iced teas. Top onto fresh-cut pineapple or mango for a quick snack.
Rimming virgin and alcoholic cocktails
Garnishing freshly cut fruit
Topping over freshly baked scones, pies, sugar cookies, muffins, and other baked goods
Sweetening iced teas, hot chocolate, coffee and other espresso beverages
Use as a caramelizing sugar on Creme brûlée

Anything else we add is carefully selected to ensure maximum quality and freshness.
All blends store at room temperature for up to two years unless otherwise specified. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat.
Our products are produced in shared equipment which also processes wheat, fish, milk, eggs, fenugreek, peanuts and tree nuts.
